Listings
- Be accurate. Describe your car honestly. If it has rust, say so. If it burns oil, say so. If the title is salvage, that must be in the listing. Misrepresenting a car is grounds for a permanent ban.
- One listing per car. Don't post the same car multiple times to stay at the top of results.
- Mark it sold. When your car sells, update the listing. Leaving sold cars active wastes everyone's time.
- Real price or free. "Call for price" is fine, but bait-and-switch pricing will get you reported.
- Cars only. This isn't a general marketplace. Parts listings are not allowed — it's complete cars only.
- Your car, your listing. You must own or have the right to sell the vehicle. No listing cars on behalf of dealers without disclosure.
Communication
- Respond to messages. If you get an inquiry, respond. Ghosting buyers is bad for the community.
- No harassment. If someone's offer is too low, decline politely or don't respond. Don't insult buyers.
- No spam. Don't mass-message people, don't send unsolicited offers, don't advertise.
Feedback
- Leave honest feedback after a deal. It helps everyone.
- Don't leave fake positive feedback for yourself using another account.
- Don't leave retaliatory negative feedback out of spite — that's an abuse of the system.
What gets you banned
- Listing a stolen vehicle
- Misrepresenting title status (listing salvage as clean)
- Fraud or attempted fraud of any kind
- Harassment or threats toward other users
- Creating multiple accounts
- Manipulating feedback
- Any scam behavior
Bans are permanent. We don't do warnings for serious violations.
