By using Smeeper you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we're not trying to confuse you.

What Smeeper is

Smeeper is a platform that lets people list and find used cars for sale. We provide the tools, but we are not a party to any transaction. We don't buy or sell cars, handle payments, or guarantee anything about any listing.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person
• Don't impersonate other people

Listings

• You must own or have the legal right to sell any car you list
• Listings must be accurate — no misrepresenting the condition, title status, mileage, or any other detail
• Cars only — no other items
• No stolen vehicles
• No salvage title cars listed as clean title
• One listing per vehicle
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws for the sale of a vehicle in your state

Prohibited conduct

• Fraud or attempted fraud of any kind
• Harassment of other users
• Spamming or posting fake listings
• Creating fake accounts or feedback
• Scraping or automated access to the site

Transactions

All transactions are solely between buyer and seller. Smeeper is not responsible for the outcome of any sale, the condition of any vehicle, payment disputes, title issues, or anything else that occurs between parties. Use common sense and read our safety tips.

Content

By posting photos or text on Smeeper, you give us permission to display that content on the platform. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't sell it.

Removal and bans

We reserve the right to remove any listing or ban any account that violates these terms, at our discretion. We're not a government — we don't owe anyone a hearing. If you're acting in good faith you have nothing to worry about.

Disclaimer

Smeeper is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or anything else. We're not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Smeeper after changes means you accept the new terms.
